Trampoline Park Training
Our comprehensive training program is designed to help you become familiar with the workings of the business and gain confidence in your new career as an owner of a franchise that is more than just a trampoline park. During the first week of training, we will provide initial training to you and your center managers to fill you in on important functions, such as ZavaZone location operations, guest services, safety and quality procedures, marketing, and more. Then, after the equipment is installed in your location, we will spend a full week on-site to further prep you for your role. After your family entertainment franchise’s Grand Opening, we will provide up to two additional days of training. This training is essential in helping you get your business off the ground and running smoothly.
Ongoing Franchise Support
The franchise support our team provides doesn’t stop after the initial launching phase; we will also be available every step of the way to help with day-to-day issues and answer any questions you may have. We place great importance on making sure that owning a ZavaZone franchise is a manageable and enjoyable experience, and we take all problems and questions seriously. In addition to ongoing guidance from our team, you will have a copy of our operations manual, which you can reference to find solutions and help you run your facility safely and efficiently.
